Frequently asked questions
Do I get every title as a separate PDF?
Yes. After payment you can download each title individually, or the whole bundle as a single ZIP file.
How do I get the PDF after paying?
Right after a successful payment you land on a thank-you page with a Download button, and we email a receipt. Your files are protected, so you download them while signed in; they also stay in My Account → My purchases for later.
Which payment methods are accepted?
UPI, debit and credit cards and netbanking through Razorpay's secure checkout. We never see or store your card details.
Do I need an account to buy?
Yes — you create one (or sign in) at checkout. It keeps your downloads private: only you can download what you bought. Forgot your password? Use “Forgot password” on the sign-in page.
Can I get a refund?
These are digital products delivered instantly, so refunds are limited to the cases listed in our Refund Policy (for example a payment taken twice or a file that cannot be opened).
Something went wrong with my payment or download.
Message us on WhatsApp at +91-7827847679 with your email and order details and we will sort it out quickly.
