Refund Policy

1) Why no refunds?

Our products are digital and access is provided instantly. Because the content is downloadable/consumable and cannot be “returned”, we do not offer cancellations or refunds.

2) Exceptions we support

• Duplicate payment: If you are charged twice for the same order, the duplicate amount will be refunded to the original payment method after verification.
• Payment debited but access not provided: If your bank/UPI/card shows a successful debit but your order is not activated, contact us with the transaction details; we will validate with the gateway and either activate access or process a reversal as per gateway timelines.

3) How to raise an issue

Email info@himanshjosh.com with:

• Registered name, email, and phone
• Order ID / payment reference / UTR
• Screenshot of debit/statement (if applicable)

We typically verify with the payment gateway and respond with next steps. Bank/gateway reversals may take 5–7 working days (sometimes longer per bank policy).

4) Pricing, taxes & invoices

• Prices shown are base prices; GST extra as applicable at checkout.
• Invoices are emailed automatically to your registered email. Provide GSTIN at checkout for a GST invoice.
• Coupons/discounts are time-bound and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred.

5) Chargebacks & misuse

Unauthorised or fraudulent chargebacks for delivered digital goods may lead to account suspension and recovery of dues. We work with gateways to provide delivery/access logs as evidence.

6) Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable Indian consumer laws where they mandatorily apply. However, for digital content that is delivered/accessible immediately, refunds are generally not required by law once access is provided.
